Most performances can be booked online directly from our website, and all shows have E-tickets available for you to show on a mobile device or print at home. Tickets can also be posted to your door for an additional £3.00. We no longer offer the option to collect from the Box Office on show nights to prevent queues and improve your experience.
From The Box Office
The Box Office is open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday. Quite often, the Box Office will be available later than advertised. Tickets can be booked in person, online or by telephone by calling 01342 302000. We accept most credit and debit cards, and tickets can be posted directly to you for £3.00.
Where concessions are not specified, please check prices with the Box Office or online at the time of the booking, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Concessions vary depending on the production. A family ticket permits entry for two adults and two children. Children who are walking require a seat to be purchased. All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT and any booking fees.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please make sure you check your tickets. We now offer a 24-hour cooling-off period; after this time, regrettably, tickets cannot be exchanged, nor money refunded unless the performance is cancelled. In the event of a sell-out, we will attempt to resell your tickets, but we cannot guarantee a resale. Tickets can only be exchanged for the same production or film at a different time or day and is at the discretion of the Duty Manager.
We offer Refund Protection for your tickets through Booking Protect. Your order is usually non-refundable; however, Refund Protection gives you peace of mind should you or a member of your party be unable to attend for a number of unforeseen circumstances, including testing positive for COVID-19. Please note the Box Office is unable to process these refunds, please use the link below.
Tickets may be reserved for up to 7 days by calling or visiting the Box Office. Tickets cannot be reserved online and are automatically released if not paid for after 7 days. Please note; not all shows are eligible for reservations.
Mobile Phones & Cameras
Mobile phones must not be used within the auditorium, and we ask that all phones be switched off or turned to silent during the show. There is strictly no photography or filming allowed inside the auditorium unless the Production Company or Artiste gives prior consent.
